Our platform has been developed over the past 22 years where we successfully marketed all Village n Life establishments.

As we were part of a group that was developed with small equity and large funding, the pressure was always on generating sales
and focussing on developing sustainable sales programmes.

Being founded by 2 Chartered Accountants, we like to talk numbers.

We are more interested in revenue per key on an annual basis and gross revenue (net of commission) than we are about hotel acronyms Rev Par or Average Daily Rate.

We do projections per product, per classification, on a month to month basis per source market.

We are the custodians of ‘the Troskie payout ratio’ which tracks the actual rental payments on hotel rooms.
